Ring Joint Gasket

Global Engineering & Technology is a supplier of the high-quality Ring Joint Gaskets, suitable for high pressure and high-temperature applications.

We deal in R, RX, BX style joint gaskets available in Oval/ Octagonal Profiles. Each ring joint gasket is specifically made to bear the tolerance on CNC machines and are compliant to the ASME B16.20 Standard and API spec 6A requirements depending on the application.

Spiral Wound Gasket

Global Engineering & Technology is one of the biggest suppliers of Spiral wound gaskets. Our products have spirally winding – a preformed metal strip and filler on the outer periphery of the metal winding mandrel. Our supplied spiral wound gasket can be used for all the range of temperatures including cryogenic 2000⁰ F and standard pressure over 2500 psi.

The Metal winding stripe are available in SS 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 316 Ti, 347, MONEL 400, Inconel 600, Inconel 625, Inconel 800, Incoloy 800, Incoloy 825, Nickel 200, Hastelloy, Copper. These gaskets are manufactured to international specifications such as BS, ASME-16.20, 16.5, DIN, API 605 (ASME-B16.47 SERIES-B) &we also manufactured to customer’s specification.

Properties of Spiral Wound Gaskets

Suitable for use across wide pressure range and temperature.
Spiral wound gaskets can be used to seal fluid pressure up to 400 bar and cryogenic temperature as low as -200 degree Celsius and up to elevated temperatures of 1000 degCelsius.
Due to its simple design, Spiral Wound Gaskets are easy to install.
Due to the options of different winding materials, It can be tallored to a wide range of operating conditions.
Easy to remove and cause no damage to the flange.

KammprofileGasket / Serrated Gasket

Corrugated Metal Graphite Gasket

We supply corrugated metal graphite gaskets with a stainless-steel corrugated carrier with the height of 1.5 mm and graphite layer of 0.8 mm on both the sides.

The peak overlap is of 0.1 to 0.2 mm that is right for standard compression with a very little diffusion cross section.

Non-Asbestos Gasket (Asbestos Free Gasket / CNAF Gasket)

Non-Asbestos Gasket that provides excellent sealing and resistance property to perfectly manufactured for high-temperature applications. Specification

While PTFE gasket material is exceptional in it’s range of temperature (to 500 F) and PH range (0-14) it has limitations on the thickness available. Most PTFE sheet is skived off of a roll. Some material is molded but this is generally limited to 24″ x 24″ or 12″ x 12″ sections.

Flexible Graphite sheet gasket material for extreme temperature and chemical services. We offer highly affordable option for the majority application and scalability in operations while making the entire job safe and simple.

Our supplied flexible graphite gaskets can be applied in industries with high temperature applications upto 850F.

Flexible graphite sheet reinentorced with a 316 stainless steel foil (0.002” thick) made from material typically 98% graphite.
Leachable chloride typically less than 50 ppm.
